Wonderful place for a group. We were in town for spring training and it’s close to the Peoria sports complex and several of the ST facilities in the north west side of the city. The outdoor area is fantastic with tons of activities. There just aren’t many places on the west side that have a lazy river pool and hot tub and especially at this price compared to Scottsdale lazy river equipped homes. We had a blast. Lots of room. Huge dining table, plenty of bathrooms, and several cozy places to sleep. Really enjoyed it.

We had a great time at the overlook lodge. The house was amazing and clean, lots of amenities and the beds were comfy. Quiet and peace full with an amazing sunset on the back porches.

Great stay here! Incredible property with all you need to feel right at home. Perfect for our family gathering. Check in was a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked and the home is beautifully appointed. I'm already planning my next visit.

Great place to stay in West Sedona and the hosts were awesome to work with. Very beautiful yard with the pool and hot tub and extremely private yard. We could hardly see any neighboring homes around the entire property, very secluded! Game room was a hit with the kids as well, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, basketball, it was fun! Would definitely stay again, thanks Jeff & Bridget!

Hannah's place was perfect for our big family gathering! Everyone loved lounging by the pool, playing bocce, cornhole, ping pong, and the board game selection. We were traveling with kids ranging from toddlers to teens and no one said "I'm bored" once!
This place left us with a lot of great memories. Kids loved watching a large family of deer pass through the grounds every morning. The sunset sky over the greenbelt was beautiful and the lighting made evenings outside at the fire pit extra special for all 3 generations in our party.
I love to cook, and the kitchen and grill had everything we needed to handle our large group, including kid-friendly cups/plates/utensils/high chair, and there was plenty of seating indoors and out.
We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. Thanks for a great stay, Hannah!

My family of 6 (two 30 something’s, 6 month old infant, elderly parents, and dog) were very happy and comfortable. We all agreed this was the most well-stocked air bnb we’ve ever been to by far (tons of towels, bedding, dishes, soap, even extras like popcorn, lotion and laundry detergent, and beyond)! Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. We really enjoyed biking around on the paved path and made use of the Ranch bistro for coffee and treats. The coffee bar, Keurig, and espresso machines were also great! Amazing giant TV and game room was fun! The hot tub was very clean and good quality. Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time here with 16 girls, plenty of space to spread out and all the amenities we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay. Definitely recommend, even better than the pictures!

Great space for family gatherings and adult groups. 2 wings of bedroom spaces a plus, great kitchen layout, indoor and outdoor dining spaces (with shade!) and a pool and hot tub / playset for g-kids and p-ball court. Close access to fun family outings, easy to get groceries and group take out dinners. This place is great !

This house lends itself perfectly to a family vacation. With multiple rooms and beds, everyone was able to spread out comfortably with plenty of room for us all. The backyard was a vacation spot all in its own and had so much to do, we never even left the house! Furthermore, the location is close to plenty of food and shopping. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the entire stay a breeze!

Wow, beyond words. We were blessed to be among the first to stay at this beautiful home. It has everything - 100/10, recommend to all.

We loved staying at this house. It worked great for the three families that stayed. There were plenty of bedrooms and restrooms. The house was very easy to get too. The cleanliness was top notch. Would highly recommend.

Positive:
The location was great and the home is absolutely beautiful! There are stores at a walking distance, a place to rent carts around the corner and can’t forget about the beach! You will also find everything that you may need for a day at the beach, from a small cooler, beach toys, a wagon, towels, etc.

Negative:
We found a straw on the bench in the upstairs restroom when I was laying my clothes to shower. There were also chopsticks under the couch and I only found them because I was sweeping. Besides this everything was perfect!

We only got to stay for two nights, but the home is amazing
This was a business trip, but we were able to enjoy the amenities of the home

The home is stunning and provides so many hangout options. The hosts were very quick to respond to any problems that arose.
