Our group had the most amazing stay!! The hosts were super helpful and checked in on us daily. The Photo Booth was the perfect touch :)

We had to make a last minute switch to this home due to another booking falling through and I’m so glad we did! This house had great space for our big family, our kids explored the large property, played in the game room, and swam in the pool! It was a great stay for our family get away!

Words can’t describe how fortunate we were to find this incredible home. We were unable to leave Marco Island due to the blizzard in New York, and Kylie was so gracious in getting her home ready so quickly for us to book. Not only was the home gorgeous, but it was also incredibly comfortable, warm, and inviting, with every amenity you could think of. The beds were so comfortable, the open floor plan was perfect for spending time together, and the game room was such a hit with my kids. Outside, there were so many fun games that truly made our stay memorable. It was the perfect home for a Marco Island getaway. My family was so happy and can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff & Bridget's place. There was a lot to do and it was in a good location.

Jeff and Bridgets place was great place for our group to stay at. It was large, spacious and had a ton of activities both inside and outside. Some places say they sleep a lot of people but often you will have to cram four five or six people into one room. This place truly had a lot of sleeping rooms for couples to use which was great.

The house and kitchen were well stocked with dishes, cooking pans and utensils (basically everything except another couple of tea towels might have been nice 😊)

The pickleball court and volleyball court were both well done and we spent a lot of time on both. The pool and other activities were welcomed as well when we needed a break from the sun!

Jeff and Bridget, along with their co hosts, Kyle and Nicole, were all quite accommodating, friendly and resolved the minor issues which arose, very quickly.

The location was great and the home is absolutely beautiful! There are stores at a walking distance, a place to rent carts around the corner and can’t forget about the beach! You will also find everything that you may need for a day at the beach, from a small cooler, beach toys, a wagon, towels, etc.
We found a straw on the bench in the upstairs restroom when I was laying my clothes to shower. There were also chopsticks under the couch and I only found them because I was sweeping. Besides this everything was perfect!

What an INCREDIBLE Airbnb! The best backyard setup of anywhere I've stayed. The pool, basketball court, pickleball, fire pit, corn hole... I could go on and on. Perfect place to host a large group of people with plenty of space for everyone, and nice furnishings, towels, and other amenities. Definitely planning on staying again -- we are ruined from other properties in AZ!

We had a lovely vacation. The home is warm and inviting and the grounds are awesome! We were traveling with our large extended family of 12! There was something for everyone! The kids loved pickleball, the playground, corn hole, bowling and all the indoor games like shuffleboard and skew ball! Kept them busy for hours of fun! We all loved the pool, and outdoor lounge area.
There were plenty of bedrooms and each had a private bathroom! It was just perfect for our trip!
It’s also conveniently located! We went in several local hikes including Camelback (hard!!). And shops and restaurants were all close by too!
Jeff and Bridget were lovely hosts! Very responsive and helpful to all of our questions! We highly recommend this home!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The peace you get with just the surrounding alone will put you at ease. The house was CLEAN and decor was beautiful . The host was very responsive and pretty quick as well! For the price it was worth it . My son absolutely loved it for his birthday. It truly did fit all 10 of us plus kid friendly house for my 2 year old .

We had a great time here. would book again in a heartbeat!

This place was absolutely wonderful. The outside views were fantastic and the downstairs game room was lots of fun! Everyone had their own bathroom which was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Jeff and Bridget's beautiful home, just 10 minutes from Sequoia National Park! The place was immaculate, stunningly beautiful, and had an incredible aesthetic 🤩. Communication with them was seamless - they're fantastic hosts! We loved our stay and can't wait to come back. 100% recommend!

We loved staying at this house. It worked great for the three families that stayed. There were plenty of bedrooms and restrooms. The house was very easy to get too. The cleanliness was top notch. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning property. The pictures are as advertised. Had my 50th birthday celebration with family, and it was as if we were at a resort. Everyone from adults to all the kids had a blast. Hosts were very responsive to my messages, house was spotless, and many small attention to detail items were provided. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation. Next time I need an Airbnb, I will for sure check with Jeff and Bridget first.

This is a beautiful spot for a big group at Hatley Pointe.

My family and I had a really special vacation staying together at this amazing house. We spent some days just relaxing at the house and enjoying the view, kayaking to the sandbar to collect amazing shells, swimming, playing tag in the yard and enjoying the gameroom. Other days we went to different places for the day and came back to cook a family meal and sit on the screened deck for cocktails. The kids were entertained, the adults relaxed and the grandparents could be a part of all of the fun. This will go down as a great family memory and the time that my kids and their cousins spent with their grandparents is priceless. Everyone under one roof was a little stressful for me going in but it was amazing and worth every penny!

Great stay…will definitely stay again!

This has the potential to be a great property. The home is well done, very comfy, good location outside of Bryson city but just a few minutes from downtown. We were specifically looking for properties that had a hot tub, sauna and play area for the kids. The sauna is broken and does not work, which they were attempting to troubleshoot with us, but it didn’t work during our stay. The play area also was missing several items like golf balls, putters, shuffleboard sand, etc. (even though we reached out beforehand and they said they were there) and there was also baked in bird poop on the rug around the pool table so we couldn’t play it or let the kids run around much. If they get these things taken care of, it’ll be a nice property. But we paid extra for a property to have these amentities and it was really disappointing not to have them. They offered us a 30% refund as a result but it still would have just been cheaper to book another place had we known.

We had an amazing stay at the house. Very Clean and spacious. The kids especially enjoyed the lazy river and the game room. Lots to do for everyone!
