Great place. Very clean and well kept place. Would 100% recommend this place to all, especially if you wand peace and quiet, but still moments for the city. Can’t say enough good things about this one.

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedroom configuration is perfect for a large group. The outdoor activities kept everyone busy…pool, hot tub, pickle ball etc. The location is great for shopping and other activities. Bridget was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a wonderful vacation with family!
Recently our family stayed here and absolutely loved it! Great location, amenities, and host! Their communication was what you’d expect for a home of this caliber! We had a great stay and will be coming back!

We loved our stay! Tons of things for kids and adults to do and spend their time! Especially enjoyed the sauna and hot tub on site. The games were a highlight for the kids. Lots of beds for everyone to sleep and has all the amenities you’ll need! Close to Blacktail where we skied!
Had a great stay here with a large group for a bachelorette trip! Beautiful home with lots of space indoors. Loved that everyone had their own comfortable bed and space to get ready. The home had everything we needed - well appointed kitchen (with coffee, oil, basic spices) and bathrooms, and fun extras in the game room.
The outdoor space was beautiful with great amenities - we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (bridal themed pool floats were a surprise plus!) and lawn games! We didn’t use the fire pit, but it was even nicer than pictured.
The property felt spacious, private and peaceful, but was a super easy 15-20min Uber ride to 6th St and all the attractions in downtown Austin. Best of both worlds!

What a great black butte home! The space worked great for our families with lots of space to relax and hang out both upstairs, downstairs and outside. Great location! Great hosts, very helpful and thought of all the special things for our kiddos to have a great time.
This property is run by an SHADY 3rd party company. We paid $375.00 to heat the pool. We inquired what the temperature would be set at and could not get an answer. We have never had that experience in an Airbnb normally advertises their temperature in exchange for the fee. The hot tub was green and unusable. The pool heater was broken so it would not heat. We planned this trip to specifically relax at the property because we needed to be stress free which is why we picked something with lots of amenities. The response was horrible. They said they would send a pool man the first night. They did not! They said the next morning they did not! They never sent an actual pool person. They sent a handyman to confirm the hot tub was green and yes the heater was broken. They told us we could have a refund if we chose to leave. We left, asked for our refund then they wanted us to sign a document to guarantee we would not leave a review. They reduced the refund because we did not sign. $ SCAMMERS
We had such a great stay here! The home is absolutely beautiful and exactly what our family was looking for. The views are truly unmatched and honestly what makes this place a 10 out of 10. Waking up to that scenery every day was the highlight of our trip. The layout worked really well for our group with four full bedrooms. The listing mentions five bedrooms, and the fifth sleeping space is a trundle bed located in the loft area of the game room rather than a fully enclosed bedroom, but it worked for us and did the job. We did have an issue during our stay that we communicated to the hosts about, and they were very responsive and actively tried to resolve it. We appreciated their quick communication and effort. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!
Megan’s place is absolutely beautiful. The cabin is stunning, the design details are impressive, and the amenities make it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pool was also a big highlight with a cool cave where we could hangout as well! The house was spacious with many sleeping options and was very tidy. We also really liked the cabana to have another place to relax on the property. The hosts were super accommodating and responsive to all of our messages before and throughout the stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the phoenix area!

The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. This home was super clean, well equipped, nicely decorated with a breathtaking view. The property is close to everything including wineries and Starbucks😂. We had a fun yet relaxing stay as went from the pool table to the hot tub. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Kyle and Nicol for a wonderful experience.

Great place! Loved the pool, sauna, and hot tub. The interior is decorated nicely and has lots of space. The landscaping is well done, and overall, the airbnb was a great place for us to stay!!
My family and I had an awesome time celebrating my wife and I 30th anniversary and birthday. The home was beautifully decorated and designed for family gatherings. I would recommend large families or group gatherings to use this home you will not be disappointed. The outside area, game room, sauna, and other amenities made the stay even more enjoyable.
This place was really comfortable for our large group. The pool was great and the kids loved all the games. The hosts were extremely quick to respond and were very friendly.
