We had 4 families vacation together and had an amazing time on this GORGEOUS property. Truly jaw -dropping. Then kids had endless fun playing basketball, golf, arcade games, corn hole, watching movies in the theatre... the list goes on! It was the perfect set up to cook family style dinners and the dining room views were unreal. We had fires each night with smores, while watching the magical sunset. For a moutaintop home, this property had SO much green space and yard for throwing a football and allowing the younger kids to safely run free. The sun room off the kitchen was the Mom's lounge ;) One of the best room's in this amazing house. Michael was so attentive and responsive, he answered ours texts and calls immediately with the few questions we had. Thank you for the best week!! This house is truly unique.

This spot was great! I was there with a group of about 12 guys in a golf weekend and the house was perfect for us. Lots of space, even with a bunch of guys there we had plenty of space. The pool, hot tub and basketball hoop were awesome to have at the house.

Hosts were super communicative and responded to any questions quick and promptly.

This is a great spot for a big group looking for lots of space and amenities.

Amazing stay! House is beautiful and right on donner lake. It was the perfect size for our huge family. Perfect for all ages and close to stores, restaurants and cafes. Would love to come back during the summer

The home matches the description and photos. we had a great weekend stay. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We paid for the pool to be heated since we ent in early march, it was worth it since the weather ended up being on the cooler side.

Only recommendation is if you hear the pool vacuum during your stay, ask the hosts what to do if it does not turn off by quiet hours, its super loud and will keep people up at night that are in rooms closer to the pool if not addressed.

We had a GREAT stay at Kylie's home. The location is simply beautiful. The home is comfortable and cozy. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and enjoy their own space. You could spend the day looking out the large windows and enjoying the water views!

Place was a great stay ! Pictures matched the location. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities for friends and family. Our family loves to play pickleball, and their set up worked great for all of us. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs.

What an INCREDIBLE Airbnb! The best backyard setup of anywhere I've stayed. The pool, basketball court, pickleball, fire pit, corn hole... I could go on and on. Perfect place to host a large group of people with plenty of space for everyone, and nice furnishings, towels, and other amenities. Definitely planning on staying again -- we are ruined from other properties in AZ!

This was an exceptional stay from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and very spacious. The amenities were top notch and thoughtfully provided. The location was equally impressive, with gorgeous surroundings that made the experience even more special. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely vacation. The home is warm and inviting and the grounds are awesome! We were traveling with our large extended family of 12! There was something for everyone! The kids loved pickleball, the playground, corn hole, bowling and all the indoor games like shuffleboard and skew ball! Kept them busy for hours of fun! We all loved the pool, and outdoor lounge area.
There were plenty of bedrooms and each had a private bathroom! It was just perfect for our trip!
It’s also conveniently located! We went in several local hikes including Camelback (hard!!). And shops and restaurants were all close by too!

We absolutely loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach! The house is beautiful and had so many fun things to do! The house looked exactly like the pictures and matched the detailed description that Kylie provided. Everything was modern, comfortable, and clean. We had 4 teenagers with us and they loved everything about the house. They used it all...the pool, mini golf, hot tub, foosball, bikes, etc. They also loved hanging out in the bunk bed room and playing arcade games. We particularly loved the beautiful view and colorful sunsets from the backyard. The paddle boards were such a nice addition. We went out on them often and even saw manatees from our deck! The kitchen is modern and had everything we needed to make any meal (including the fresh fish caught that day while deep sea fishing). Kylie was such a great host. She provided detailed info before we arrived, checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, and offered ideas for the area. Amazing Stay!
