This house is a great space for a large group, with sooo much to do in the backyard and game room. We had several families staying together and didn't have to take the kids anywhere for activities, since there was so much to do at the house. Jeff and bridget were responsive to any question or text I sent, and always so friendly. I would highly recommend!

Our family had an amazing stay at Jeff and Bridget’s place. Home was beautiful with breathtaking lake views. Kitchen was full of high end appliances and great to cook home meals. Property was close to Northstar and Palisades which made driving to the resorts very easy. One thing to note is the garage is detached which might help families decide if they want park inside or outside. Loved our stay!

Kelly’s place was perfect for our quick trip to Memphis! It was close to everything and the neighborhood was beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and there’s a fun game room! Kelly was also very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. Would stay here again!

This is a great place. Our family of 13, had plenty of room and things to do. We will be back.

Had a great experience, we had some initial issues with the pool heater not working properly but the host and the team of people at the rental service were very responsive and got it taken care of in a timely matter and even refunded our pool heating cost for the inconvenience. The house and all the amenities are top notch. My family really enjoyed the outdoor space and the games inside. The location was perfect and when in the backyard oasis you never even noticed you have neighbors.

This home was perfect for a large group to stay! The views are incredible to wake up to, the location is perfect, and it fit 9 adults very comfortably. The kitchen is really nice and well stocked as are the bathrooms. The hosts are always extremely responsive and helpful which is also amazing. Definitely recommend booking a stay here!

We were looking for a house close to the beach to be able to enjoy time with friends and this was exactly what we were looking for! The place was comfortable. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in.

Really nice place located right on the water. The house is fully renovated/updated - it felt like we were the first guests to stay in a brand new home - we were surprised to learn that it's actually a rather old house! Lots of charming/tasteful decor and clean/well-working appliances. No microwave tho.

Being so new to guests there were a couple small issues (e.g., door code initially provided didn't work, bath tub drain stopper didn't work), but nothing major and the host was responsive when we notified them of these things.

The hot tub was just perfect - situated on the lower patio in the back with an unbelievable view of the lake and mountains. We came in early spring and the lake was still mostly frozen - would love to come back for lake fun in the summertime. The house itself provided plenty of fun activities tho - pool table, foosball, couple arcade games. Just bear in mind that access to the basement/game room is via a tight/steep spiral staircase or the door from the patio.

This was a lovely space for my family to stay - everything we needed for a multigenerational trip to the Tucson area! The house is in a beautiful location and is very well maintained. Everything was extremely clean.

My kids saw wild javelinas outside, and we heard coyotes at night! All of the sights we wanted to see were a quick drive away. Would absolutely recommend!

(The only thing I'd note is that there were lots of stairs inside the house - 2 stairs up to the kitchen, 1 stair down to the living room, and so on. Absolutely no issue for us, and clearly visible in the pictures, but for someone who needs assistance with stairs it might be difficult, even though there is a bedroom on the first floor.)
