We had such a great time staying at this house! It was much larger in person, clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. Every bedroom having its OWN FULL bathroom was a huge plus, especially with kids :) We loved spending time outside, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings, the outdoor firepit made for the perfect spot to wind down at night and a large yard and game room kept the kids entertained for hours, they didn’t want to leave! The house felt super private and peaceful but was still close to everything. We’d definitely come back again, best airbnb we have ever stayed at!

The place was great. Lake house living with the feel of a luxury hotel.

Our group of 21 had an amazing stay. The home is perfect for a large crew, especially one with children. The backyard is beautiful, and kept everyone relaxed, entertained and busy the whole week. Lots of pickleball tournaments! The neighborhood is really nice, and the location is perfect. The property manager Kelly was very communicative, and the experience was seamless. We will certainly return to this home, if we have the chance.

Pros...
1.Amazing Views of Sarasota Bay from the house. ( Especially the sunset)
2. Very Close to the Sarasota airport (10 min drive)
3. The house equipped with the most necessary stuff...( including the beach chairs and umbrella)
4. Nice Gaming areas downstairs for the whole family.
5. Good and quick communication with the host.
6. Inough parking for 5-6 cars on the driveway.
7. Close to shopping malls

Cons.....
1. Problematic AC unit, only one half of the hose was getting cold air the other half was hot.( temp never dropped below 75°)
2. Dusty floors and super dirty carpets, dining furniture and few shower curtains
( cleaning team failed, however new shower curtains were provided) requested mop and bucket, never got provided.
3. Poor maintenance like broken blinds, walls and some kitchen supplies ( replacement for the broken kitchen supplies were delivered quickly)
4. No internet or slow Internet at check in. (We had to fix it by ourselves)
5. Not walkable area.

Great house, just as advertised. Pool and common area were well used and great for family, adults and kids. Park across street was nice add for kids. Great communication with host.

Home was perfect for our multi-family reunion with friends. Wonderful view and the amenities such as pool, hot tub and pool table kept the kids entertained.

Jeff and Bridgets place was amazing, amazing, amazing. Pictures definitely on point of how their home and yard is. We had such a great time. The grandkids had so much things to do in the yard and in the house. Everyone had their own space. Communication was great and very prompt. The casita was amazing as well. Their home had everything. Kitchen had all that you need. Restrooms was fully stocked with all the necessities. I would highly recommend staying at Jeff and Bridget's place. Definitely worth what you pay for. We hope to stay there again in the near future. Definitely one of our top 5 places for sure. Thank you again Jeff and Bridget for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We had a great stay. We saw mule deer on the property. The weekend was awesome. The house was awesome. The backyard was all dug up and was unable to explre bc of pool construction. So you couldnt venture off.. but once its completete will be awesome. It was magical

House was pretty amazing and comfortable for our group of 7.

This home is situated between two mountain backdrops. Special care was taken to design a lagoon type feel with the matching stone jacuzzi and waterfall. You don’t have to ever leave. Something for everyone here and easy to share!
