everything was great! enjoyed the weekend!

Only have good things to say about our stay. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with family and friends. The outdoor patio of the house is set up perfectly with a hot tub, pool and outdoor grill under a large gazebo with a very nice bathroom. We were able to host some of the Memphis Tigers football team for a cook out after a big win and we weren’t cramped at all. If this space can hold those guys it can hold anyone! Super happy about our stay!

We just loved this house especially the deck. Sunset from the deck was splendid. House is located on a hill top with gorgeous views from most of the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed sun room. Kids were in awe with the arcade room and movie theater. Getting there is a bit tricky but we got clear instructions from the host.

Though we spent a bit much, every penny was worth it!!!

Had a few issues along the way, but the owners were very responsive and remedies were made with haste. Beautiful property, beautiful views, beautiful home. Overall, a fantastic experience

great house and great hosts. Group guys trip with several unexpected changes from time of booking until our stay. Jeff and Bridgett were flexible, helpful and accommodating for all of our changes throughout the entire process. PLENTY of space for our group with lots to do at the house.

This is an incredible home, perfect for small group of family, friends. There are some kid amenities that make it ideal for families.
The lakeside location is hard to beat. All rooms were comfortable, including mattresses, pillows, linens. Plenty of spots to hang out at the house and the skeeball and pinball made for fun competition. The fitness room was a perfect way to start each day.
The hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I will definitely look for opportunities to book again!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the house had all the little touches that made it feel welcoming and easy to settle into. Communication with the host was excellent super friendly, quick to respond, and always helpful. Lots to do inside the house, we would love to come back.

I can’t say enough about how great this house is and how helpful Brittany was throughout our stay. The place is exactly as pictured and was a fantastic place for our family of 10 adults and 6 small children. We’ll stay here whenever we are in the area!

The home was beautiful and peaceful - a great place for our family of 10. There were a few small issues when we arrived but Jeff and Bridget fixed them immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointing.

Construction on the house next every day from 7am until 8pm. Terrible noise that wake us up in the morning and zero privacy.

I sent pictures and videos over the AirBNB app

I also got instructions with the wrong wifi password in airBNb app and I got no help until I started guessing passwords until I sort it out.

we stayed here for a company offsite and absolutely loved it. the house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed — plenty of room for a big group and tons to do on the property. the views were incredible and made every morning feel special. getting up the mountain is definitely a bit of an adventure, but once you’re there it’s completely worth it. would happily come back!

Anyone that leaves a review with less than 5 stars please contact me because I’d be so confused and would want to know why. This is the BEST Airbnb. It’s AMAZING if you have kids. I’d give more stars if I could! Love this place!!!

Will be booking again! Hard to believe but the home is actually even better in person than in pics. Beds are all very comfy, plenty of seating in living areas, kitchen was top notch and well equipped, games were a blast, linens were excellent. I could go on and on. The host was so helpful as well - the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, and we travel quite a bit.
Can’t wait to come back!

Much of the property was as advertised. The views from the porch are absolutely stunning. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished.
There were some issues that were not adequately addressed. The towels provided had a sour smell and had to be rewashed, the grill and oven were dirty, the dishwasher was difficult to use because there were missing wheels on the bottom rack, and a stove burner didn’t work. At the rate charged for this place I expected better. There were frequent messages from the host, including apologies for our inconveniences and concerns about their 5-star rating, but nothing was actually done by them to mitigate the issues. The host scheduled a handyman to fix the dishwasher, but the handyman never showed up. Although outside the owner’s control, the house immediately next door is under construction for 6 days a week for 12-hour days. Much of the work is outside and loud so we were unable to relax and enjoy the outdoor amenities and view. We left early.
