Overall, we had a wonderful stay. It was our first trip to Lake Winnipesaukee and it did not disappoint. The location of the house was perfect and we really enjoyed exploring the area and the seeing the fall colors. The house was perfect for our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). The decor was impeccable and super cozy. The only slight hiccup was that the hot tub was not ready when we arrived and we were unable to use it during the first two night of our trip. However, our hosts communicated proactively and were very responsive any time we reached out. We'd definitely stay here again.

Jeff and Bridget have a great house here! Accessible, well furnished, with great amenities for our whole group. 17 people fit comfortably the whole stay. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and outdoor games and activities. We had a group of college and post grad age that enjoyed the space very well but it is a great spot for multiple families to get together. Highly recommend this spot and would definitely book again if I’m in the area. Thanks Jeff and Bridget!

Beautiful house - it actually is more spacious than the picture shown. Right on the water and lots of amenities in the house. Arcade games were a huge hit - I think we set some records on there. Kitchen was great for a large party like ours. Host was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. Our host was quick to check up on us, resolve any issues to make sure our vacation was smooth and relaxing! The home was roomy, and cozy, with lots of activities to do, even for toddlers/kids! Hope to be back soon!

Awesome home. Plenty of space for our large group. Spectacular views and great kitchen. Lots of helpful touches…for example: labeling light switches and kitchen cupboards.

This is the backyard of my dreams… absolutely a great place for a family retreat. I think it’s good for young and old alike. I will definitely be back.
Only have good things to say about our stay. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with family and friends. The outdoor patio of the house is set up perfectly with a hot tub, pool and outdoor grill under a large gazebo with a very nice bathroom. We were able to host some of the Memphis Tigers football team for a cook out after a big win and we weren’t cramped at all. If this space can hold those guys it can hold anyone! Super happy about our stay!

This Donner Lake home was perfect!…private, beautifully maintained, and right on the water. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved the amenities, the view, and the peaceful setting. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful home, exactly as described! We had two young teens and a pre-teen with us and they spent the whole time in the basement playing games and having a blast! Very clean and very comfortable for two families.

We booked this house for our softball team during a tournament. We had a large group & never felt crowded. Plenty of parking available. The house was very well equipped with amenities-never thought “wish they had ____”. The backyard was a dream, had something for everyone!
Jeff & Bridget were so nice & responded quickly to every question we had. All instructions were clear & easy. We hope to return soon.

Had a great time with extended family. House was clean and spacious, pool was terrific for adults and toddlers. Good communication with hosts
This home is so inviting and cozy! Everyone was I love with the kitchen. So gorgeous and it had absolutely everything anyone could need to cook at the home. The mattresses were so comfortable. You just melt away in bed. My husband and I have bad backs so quality mattresses are a must. Even the couches were comfy. We slept very well as did our guests. The kids loved the pool and the downstairs was very kid friendly. The doors have latches at the top to prevent wandering kiddos. The extra security was appreciated by all the moms. There were TVs facing every bed and seating area. There were puzzles, games and pool toys provided. We loved staying here. The company was so friendly and accommodating. I got a response almost right away any and every time I had a question. We had an issue with the pool our first night and someone was there the next morning to take care of it. No excuses whatsoever. Sand key just made sure it was taken care of so we could enjoy our vacation. Thank you ❤️
