Amazing stay!! We stayed there for a wedding we had just down the road at Falls at Blue Ridge. Spotless home with amazing views and amenities. Outdoor grill / TV /hot tub area was amazing. Great hosts!!

The house was beautiful.

Kyle and Nicole were great hosts. They were gracious and helpful the entire stay. The family has been to this area several times and I basically grew up there during the summers, visiting my Uncle. However, with this visit, my older Aunts and Uncles were well pleased with the accommodations. They mentioned the beds were comfortable and they felt rested the next morning. To have found this place was a blessing and I’m grateful I was able to provide a lovely home for my family so we could be under one roof together. I wish the visit was longer so I could’ve enjoyed the special amenities the home has to offer but next time.

The home and amenities are beautiful! We had a few issues, but the host addressed them kindly and proactively. The only thing to note is that the upstairs bunks are on the smaller side and only well suited for kids.

Overall stay was great! Pool was like 100 when we checked in, so not very enjoyable. They sent someone to look at the heater and it got better over our stay. Back yard was not as pristine as the pics.. weeds, ant hills, vegetation overgrown. The dryer did not work very well, so we used natures dryer. The location was great and house was well stocked. Host was responsive and fixed any issues. I would definitely stay again.

Activities in the basement level along with the hot tub is a great add. Provided more than enough towels , kitchen was well equipped, and linens were clean. Peaceful opening the window at night and hearing the lapping of the water on the shoreline.

Great place

This is our second stay at a home of Jeff and Bridgette’s and as with the other, it was a great experience! We had a large crew but the home has big bedrooms and indoor spaces and we had plenty of room. The yard was outfitted with activities and had ample room for kids to get their wiggles out. We spent most of our time at the home.

FYI that there is a sound monitor in the kitchen and you will get automatic messages if your volume exceeds the approved level. We would have appreciated knowing about this device ahead of time, as we spent almost two hours of our trip trying to figure out what triggered the text messages (it was the range hood in the kitchen, since the device was right there).

Scottsdale has strict noise ordinances but it probably makes more sense to put sound detectors outside instead of inside. A very rude neighbor shouted expletives at our children (all under 12 yrs old) when they were jumping in the pool so we were anxious about volume the rest of the trip. 😔

Hosts were very responsive and engaged and the property was absolutely gorgeous.

We had a family of 6 adults and 6 kids who loved the house played all the games, swam, made s’mores, just enjoyed time together!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was a great size for our group, the location was ideal, and parking was very convenient. It was a perfect setup for being safely close to downtown Atlanta without staying in a hotel.

In full transparency, the kitchen and fridge weren’t fully clean upon arrival, and the front door lockbox did not work for the entirety of our stay. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and even sent batteries via DoorDash, which was very appreciated, but the lockbox still didn’t work with new batteries. We were able to use a physical key through the back entrance, so it ended up being a non-issue, though it was a bit inconvenient for a group to rely on.

Overall, we had a very good experience and would consider staying here again!

Great place for us to stay with our family. There was plenty to keep the kids and adults entertained.

The house was clean, perfect for 10 guests, and had plenty of space. Jeff and Bridget were also very friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this Airbnb.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was super clean, coastal vibe, and just like the pictures and home description. Perfect for our family of 10!
