Great spot! Right on the water, beautiful view, large main room perfect for a group. Recommend as a great spot to stay!

Pros- Very close to restaurants, and shopping. Short walk to beach and wagon was provided. several board games and activities around home for kids. my nieces really enjoyed playing the Arcade games and swimming in the pool. Kitchen had all the necessities. Refrigerator was roomy. Hot tub was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable.
Cons- Had to clean the Blackstone Griddle before use. It was corroded.
2nd day we were there, the shower started leaking and the host did respond in a timely manner.
Also in the lower level there was a layer of dust/dirt on the right side. The dirt was in the sink and on the counter as well. We deducted it is probably from the landscapers blowing the side yard.
the king bedroom on 1st level had a plastic type mattress cover which crunched every time I rolled and radiated our body heat making it hot at night. Also, there needs to be more outdoor seating so we could all enjoy outdoors together.

The listing met all expectations. It was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive, everything that was advertised was in place and in great condition and it made for a very relaxed and peaceful stay in this lovely home.

Superb location on the water with beautiful views from most of the rooms and all the living areas. Plus lovely sun deck. Slightly tricky entrance / exit, off the road but not a major hurdle. The house is airy, bright, clean, modern and a great place to relax. If sharing with friends, be aware that there are 3 private bedrooms, though plenty more bedding is available with sofa beds. We didn’t use the kayaks but at low tides there is a short but great bit of white water immediately by the house. Would certainly recommend for another holiday.

Very nice place. Amenities were great and plentiful, you really don’t need to leave the house and can comfortably fit several people or multiple families.

Beautiful home to host all of our friends on our ladies trip! Stunning views and perfect location. Our only issue was being locked out for a bit, which was frustrating after our long travel day. The front door lock didn’t work like the instructions said. Luckily we found an open door and elsewhere on the property and got in that way. Someone came the next morning to fix the lock.

Friends and I stayed here for a week long golf trip and it was perfect - would highly recommend it to anyone and would certainly come stay again

Beautiful house, beautiful location. Our family of 6 stayed and LOVED it!

Great weekend getaway for extended family. Things to do for all ages groups. Multiple areas inside and out to relax together.Only two issues. One was the kitchen. Large by normal standards but undersized for a home with this many bedrooms.Second issue was initial communication with the owner. They use a company to communicate with renters but the actual owner can respond as well. The problem is that it comes across labeled as the same person in the app. Doesn't sound like an issue until you realize that one can't see what the other has said. We were told initially that we could have a later checkout but then after booking the "owner" communicated that they hadn't agreed to that. It was very odd seeing the supposed same person saying two different things. The actual owner quickly fixed the issue and it was much appreciated. I would recommend that future communications be delineated somehow if they are coming from the actual owner or the management team. Overall great experience and we are trying to figure out a time to rent again soon!

The cabin is beautiful, well appointed kitchen, clean, and almost new. There is a lot of outdoor space to have fun and enjoy the fireplaces, cooking area and lounge seating. Our only negative comment is the small indoor communal area for visiting and eating. Living room seating for seven. Four can sit at the countertop to eat. No indoor dining room table. It was great for six adults even with the unseasonable cold and windy weather. Had we had more staying in the cabin it would have been uncomfortable with the relatively small living room.

We had an amazing stay! This house was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette party. The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless when we arrived, and the pool was clean and so much fun to hang out in. There were plenty of bathrooms for our group. There was an issue accessing hot water in a few of the bathrooms but Hannah was very responsive and helped rectify it. The property also felt very private and quiet, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend for group getaways!
