My family and I stayed at the Memphis, TN, house for seven days. The house itself is rather beautiful with all the amenities needed. Additionally, the outside pool with a hot tub, BBQ grill and fire-pit made the stay even more fun. Our host Kelly was super responsive and tended to most questions rather quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, accessible to local shops, children’s museum, zoo etc.
Few things that can be improved on are:
The house was dusty, especially the stairs and anything wood covered. The front door lock gets jammed. The downstairs only has one bathroom with only a bathtub and no standing shower. The neighborhood itself is clean, it is a stone throw’s away from the dangerous part of Memphis. The house does not come with a driveway so have to rely on ample street parking. We parked our cars right in front of the house and both of our cars were broken into the last day of our stay which terrified everyone in the house.
Overall the house is recommended.

Finally, I'm so sorry to hear that your cars were broken into during your stay. We're devastated by this news and will take immediate action to install additional security measures to prevent this from happening again.
