We had a great time. The dock was our favorite place to sit and drink our coffee in the morning! We saw lots of wildlife from the dock. Sting rays, manatees, dolphins, lizards, birds. It was nice to come home from the beach and jump into the pool. We took advantage of the paddle boards and had some great experiences. Plenty of room for the 10 people we had staying. Only complaint was the bicycles were un operable. I spent about an hour trying to use brake free on the rusted chains, but no luck..

My family and I had an awesome stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Thank you for being a knowledgeable and responsive host Hannah. You made our experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

I honestly don’t know where to start. The place was absolutely perfect and beautiful. It was a 20 out of 10!! the pictures honestly do it no justice even though they’re great pictures, in person it’s even more beautiful more spacious, and more welcoming than the pitchers could ever portray.

I have been to a lot of nice Airbnb’s, but this by far was the best and worth every penny. Location was easy to find check-in was a breeze. Everything was clean. The host was very responsive and intuitive, also very accommodating as I had family flying in at different times, and needed to check in earlier than expected.

I have absolutely zero complaints about the property or the host. It was nothing short of an amazing time! I will definitely be booking with them every time I come to Arizona.

This is a beautiful property. The house and view are even better than the photos. The decks have the perfect mix of sun and shade throughout the day. The kitchen is well appointed to allow for cooking and baking. The workout room had something for everyone in our group. We really enjoyed playing the numerous board games and appreciated having multiple areas for our group to gather. We absolutely loved the private dock. We spent lots of time fishing and relaxing there. There are four kayaks available which was a great activity for us in the mornings. We had a minor issue with the oven that the host addressed immediately. All in all a great place to stay.

Everything was great. Looking forward to returning.

We had a great time at the house. It was just as advertised and loved having a private pool and walkable to the beach. It was the perfect fit.

This was an amazing stay! From grandparents to teens and toddlers, everyone had more than enough to do!

The amenities were amazing and allowed for freedom to let everyone do what made them happy.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with high ceilings and plenty of towels.

The kitchen was perfect for our buffet style bbq and had everything we needed.

The theater room was great for late night movies and unwinding from a long day in the sun.

We had our bestie, realtor, and ADTV host in attendance and he absolutely loved the property. We work with high end custom homes ourselves and this just felt like a gem in the city, the perfect cross between classic architecture with a touch of modern resort style living. We will definitely return. If you needed a sign …BOOK THE STAY!

Incredible spot! We absolutely loved our stay.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Michael and the other hosts were always responsive to our needs, even when there were little hiccups along the way. The space itself is extremely well appointed and everything you need is there. The natural beauty of the area and views of the surrounding mountains are only rivaled by all the activities available right at the house. They thought of everything! Perfect place for any age. Our group will likely be back next year!

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is one of our favorites on the island! Love the location, the decor, the pool, etc. The house is always clean, there’s plenty of room for our family gathering, and the Host is very responsive and friendly.

Host communication is fantastic! Anything I asked about, they replied right away and went out of their way to help with anything we asked for. The house is comfortable and located right be UofA. I would definitely recommend it.

My family and I had a great vacation, and staying at Jeff and Bridget's was like the cherry on top! If you like peace and quiet, and want to be around nature, this is the house for you! Also it is very close to Sequoia National Park. I highly recommend it for a must stay.

Beautiful home. Unbelievable views of the Lake. Our family loved this home. The game room, Hot tub, comfortable living room. Extremely clean. Could not ask for a better vacation experience. Would highly recommend this home at any time.

House matched expectations both in activities and cleanliness. There were two minor issues however the host team responded exceedingly quick and both issues were resolved much to our satisfaction. Honestly the fact they were able to respond to a potential problem so fast and get a service tech out as well almost immediately impressed me far more than if there was no issue. It showed me that the host clearly cared and was attentive enough to be able to correct the inevitable problems that can and will arise in any property. Bravo good job!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy, brand new build cabin! It was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The boys especially loved the outdoor area and spending time in the hot tub. One of our favorite memories was making s’mores around the bonfire while taking in the incredible mountain views.

The location could not have been better. It’s perfectly secluded with beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, yet only 7 minutes from downtown Bryson City and about 15 minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

I must give a shout out to the beds - they were extremely comfortable, and the cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was super responsive and available anytime we had questions or needed anything.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a charming mountain town!

Beautiful home with great views!

We stayed here with a larger group. We really loved staying here- very open layout, amazing backyard setup with heated pool, and hosts were very responsive. Short drive to stores and local restaurants. 10/10
