Great beds. Great location. Great house.

This place was perfect! We had two families staying together and it had everything we could need. Hannah was extremely communicative and always got back to our messages within 20 minutes or less.

We took a family vacation up to Sedona and the Airbnb was fantastic! The house was clean, spacious, and private! Walkable to downtown Sedona. The views were great and the hosts were quick to respond to messages. Check in and out was easy.

We just had the most incredible stay at this Peoria property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. The home is massive, beautifully designed, and jam-packed with amenities. Every single detail has been thought of—from the fully equipped kitchen to the game room that kept our group entertained for hours.

The outdoor area is absolutely next-level! We spent our days lounging by the private pool and even trying our hand at mini-golf. The backyard is a true resort-style oasis, with tons of seating, a playground for the kids, and a hot tub to unwind at night.

The separate casita was perfect for our extended family, giving everyone the space they needed while still being together.

The location is in a peaceful neighborhood close to shops and restaurants, but honestly we didn’t even want to leave the property! This home is the ultimate getaway for large groups or families, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday getaway 😄 it was our first trip with our group of friends and it was so fun! This place had everything! Hannah was such a great host and responded very fast to anything I asked! There were a couple things that were broken, probably from the last stayers, so I let Hannah know right away and she resolved the issue so fast! It was a super peaceful location and the vibe of the house is awesome! They have it decorated so cute!! Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and were all so nice! Pool was great, patio furniture was awesome to have and such great quality! We didn’t use the hot tub but if we did I’m sure it would have been awesome! They now have a TV in the living room with the green couch which I’m so glad because we all watched football all weekend as a group! They had all the appliances as in crockpots, toaster, blenders etc. Fridge has a water dispenser which was so nice because I am boujee and don’t drink tap water! Overall 5 star stay for us!!

Our stay here was amazing! The home was gorgeous and had plenty of space. The downstairs stone hallway was truly unique and added to the charm of the home. We spent many nights laying out on the balcony viewing the incredible night skies. The home is pulled back from Uptown enough that it feels extra dark for great views of the Milky Way. The views of the red rocks from the windows make this place perfect for anyone looking to soak in the natural beauty of Sedona. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future!

The property was definitely as described and very clean. The views are better than shown in the pictures. If you are looking for a quiet area to get away with friends or family, this is a great spot. It is 40 min, approximately, from Asheville proper, but that was not a big deal to our group. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place this large.

The work crew and I had plenty of room. Definitely enjoyed all the extra household fun with pool and hot tub. Was good to after a long work day out of town.

Great experience for a small company retreat!

This house has it all. No need to even leave the Community! Our family of older teens and adults enjoyed the hot tub, movie room and pool table. In the neighborhood we played pickleball, golf and hiked both the nature trail and portions of the Appalachian Trail. The hike to Big Bald is short and not to be missed. We went for sunset and the views are breathtaking! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

From the views to the accomodations, this place is amazing. We really enjoyed having the pool table, movie theater, and hot tub to make the best of our visit to the Asheville area. We look forward to visiting again.

Can definitely recommend this property. Large spaces, 2 living room areas with TV's plus the theatre room-- so able to accommodate a good sized group. The views are really very beautiful with lots of opportunity to enjoy from 3 different decks. We were lucky to arrive before 5-6" of snow came. It was beautiful to see and made for some great snow tubing at a local spot just shortly outside of the neighborhood. Unfortunately, even with the snow and snow making abilities the ski resort did not have anything but beginner slopes open. I will say, if it is winter with a chance of ice or snow, be sure to have a vehicle with 4 wheel or all-wheel drive. The trek up the mountain and then down the super steep drive is no joke! We were warned upon entering the gated neighborhood not to drive without it- they do NOT have people to come get you out if you slide off the road. The roads are smaller with steep embankments. But it sure makes for a great view!
