Such a beautiful home and rooms rooms to spare. So much to do at their home that it made it easy for us to decide on what we had planned on doing for the night. Their game room is awesome. It kept the kids occupied for hours and of course the adults played a few games ourselves. The house is well laid out and the Kitchen took this home to a whole other level,state of the art appliances and room for large family dinners. If we’re ever to stay in Sedona again, we will definitely check this place out before any other.
This is an amazing vacation rental. We were fortunately able to book this house fairly last minute for a family ski trip to Hatley Pointe. It was just our family staying but the house is very large with tons of space for multiple families if needed. The kids loved all of the amenities - pool table, arcade games, hot tub, bunk bed room and especially the movie theater was a big hit! Mountain views from the back decks are amazing. Could not have asked for a better VRBO home, can't wait to come back!

This home was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house is beautifully designed with a warm, cozy feel, yet equipped with every modern amenity imaginable. The chef’s kitchen was a dream to cook in, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the home made our stay truly special.
The location was ideal—just a short drive to downtown, skiing, and tons of activities, yet perfectly tucked away to provide a peaceful and secluded retreat. Waking up to the breathtaking mountain views was the best way to start each day!
Our host was fantastic—super responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet cozy escape, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay for 5 couples! Plenty of space to relax with large living area and large table for 10, as well as four bedrooms upstairs (two upstairs with shared bathroom) and one bedroom downstairs. Amenities include pool table, shuffleboard table, and fire pit. Also had a pool and theater room but we didn’t have time to enjoy these. Also, four bikes inside if want to ride into Old Town. Great location about 20 min from airport and close to Old Town. We had a van so drove to hike Camelback mtn, tour Taleisin West, do Nemesis escape room, and ATV riding. We dressed up for dinner so took a Waymo into Opd Town. Old Town was fabulous! Just wish we had more time…to enjoy this place and Scottsdale. We had a minor issue and the host was very responsive.

I loved being able to house my business retreat at one location for multiple people. The on site activities where just what the group needed for our quick 10-15 min breaks in-between our work meetings. Everyone had enough space and activities to fit the personalities.

Pool is a bit chilly this time of year but everything else was nice
We brought our family of 8 adults (30s-20s) and 3 grandchildren (infant/toddlers) to visit Memphis here. It was wonderful for us! Great, older home with lots of character and space to move around. We originally stayed mainly for the pics of the outside pools area and game room. It did not disappoint! It was just a great place to enjoy each other’s company. We had such a good time that we didn’t even go out to dinner. We chose just to order in and stay here. The neighborhood is in a well kept, older, and quiet part of town . It’s near everything drive wise. We felt completely safe. Lots of thoughtful things available for traveling family- fully stocked kitchen. The bathrooms had towels, blow dryers, shampoos, ect. The linens and towels throughout the house were good quality. The beds were nice but very firm. We like that but it’s not for everyone. Have the pack and play, high chair, and toddler gate was a great bonus. Would definitely want to stay here again.

This place was more beautiful than you could imagine from the pictures! We spent a weekend here with 15 friends to go skiing and it was perfect. The house felt huge even though there were so many of us. The kitchen and grill were amazing for cooking for a big group.
We all slept so well here as the mattresses and bedding were so comfortable, which is perfect after a rough day skiing. Jeff and Bridget were so responsive and helpful in every single way. The only regret we have is that we didn’t stay longer!
Being the very first renters of this property and after a rocky start with a bit of miscommunication and understanding, we got some issues resolved, and it turned into the 5 star home that we were expecting. We will be renting again.
P.S. We do wish the ping pong table would be full size, :-) which could be located in the garage, but there were lots of amenities in the back yard.
They were great hosts! Very easy, nice home, and easy check-in and out.
