We had such a great stay! Check-in was super easy, and the host followed up quickly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The whole house was spotless and felt really welcoming from the moment we walked in.

The pool was amazing—our kids had an absolute blast! There was plenty of space for them to play, plus lots of floaties and toys that kept them entertained for hours. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made meals so convenient.

The game room was a huge hit too—perfect for keeping the kids (and adults!) entertained. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our trip was a post high school graduation trip for some parents and sons. We planned to use the house for fun and as a landing spot for adventures like go-carting, shopping, and more. We found that most plans were not needed because the house offered enough to keep the guys busy. They had lots of room to spread out (to sleep) and lots of spaces to hang out together. The house layout, with four bedrooms on one side and three on the other, allowed a bit of separation which was perfect. The game room is also in the nicely renovated garage which meant the door offered significant sound dampening -- just what we needed when we went to bed and they stayed up to game and chat into the morning hours. ☺

relaxing place

We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful home for a bachelorette party weekend. Everything was clean and well kept and everyone had more than enough space to spread out. We enjoyed all the amenities this place had to offer and loved the central location to grocery stores, shopping, hiking spots and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house to large parties looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sedona.

Kelly was an attentive and welcoming host. The property was exactly what we were looking for:spacious, well-equipped, and ideally located. With ample bedrooms and bathrooms, which comfortably accommodated four families. The home includes a convenient boat slip, which was perfect for our boat and jet ski. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the large refrigerator, deep freezer, and generous cabinet space made food storage easy and efficient. There was a minor hiccup with the plumbing during our stay, but Kelly responded promptly and had someone on-site right away to resolve the issue. The neighborhood does not have private boat ramps or docks for water access so you’ll need to use the nearby public facilities to launch watercraft. Given the price point, I would suggest some updates to elevate the experience even further, particularly addressing plumbing and some interior TLC. All in all, we had a fabulous time and would definitely rent again.

One of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at, inside and out! It was spotless and our kids continue to rave about the variety of activities at the property and all of the space. We would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a little rest and relaxation, this is the place. The house is stocked with everything you need, nothing was overlooked. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, and spices. There were lots of towels and beach towels. All kinds of activities were right at the house , but also everything you need to go to the beach. Our family enjoyed both the outside space and the game room. We also enjoyed grilling and cooking in the beautiful spacious kitchen. It was exactly what we needed to make our trip perfect. Hosts were very responsive and sent detailed instructions for arrival and check out. Thanks so much for hosting us, we had an amazing time!

The home was beautiful and overall a great space. I booked partly based on a review about a family reunion held there, so I was surprised and a bit disappointed to receive strict guest list rules after booking. I now understand the reason, as I trusted my guests to respect the home as I did, though one minor incident did occur… I also missed a small detail deep in the guidebook stating vendors could stop by unannounced. Two men arrived unexpectedly—once while I was sunbathing and another while heading to my car. Both times, I was inappropriately dressed to interact with strangers and felt vulnerable. That said, despite these moments, my birthday week pushed forward and I was able to have a great time. You’ll enjoy this space—but I wanted to be clear about expectations… clear I was not trying to throw any party, and that is not what the disappointment was.

If you are looking for a beautiful getaway this is a great place to stay. there are lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Just the place We needed to recharge!
