The location was perfect and the home was beautiful with tons Of fun, we personally loved the swimming pool and my family spend all day swimming

The place is perfect. The pictures can’t do it justice.
Any group of people would enjoy staying here. We took 12 adults and had a great time, never having to leave the property over 3 days. I would come back with several families and kids as well, as this place would be great for kids of all ages.
The place is newly remodeled and pretty much every amenity we encountered was brand new.
The game room, theater, golf and sport court is all about 100 feet from the main house. We spent a ton of time chipping to the greens, playing pickleball, or getting out of the heat and staying in the game room.
At night it was impossible to beat the back deck and fire pit.
The pool and playground are right next to each other, which looked ideal for kids.
There were so many rooms in the house, I don’t think we even saw them all.
Would recommend! 5 stars.

It was a great place to stay
It’s a spacious and beautiful home with numerous family activities. It’s also in a quiet, secluded neighborhood that’s still close to all the amenities of town.
Beautiful home , fully equipped. We enjoyed our Fourth of July getaway with a group of 14.
I stated the place was great, but what an understatement, it was more like AWESOME, AMAZING, FANTASTIC!
This home truly had something for everyone to do. Our family, whose ages ranged from 3 months to 82, enjoyed the peace, the pool, playing volley ball in the pool, relaxing on the extremely comfy lounge chairs, playing pickel ball, watching the Pacer game in the theater. Oh my gosh, I could write a book about this place! The message chair was a big hit, but the view from the deck and from the grassy area next to it was extraordinary. We felt like we were staying at an all-inclusive resort on the Riviera...breathtaking.
The last night of our stay was a perfect evening, pleasant, clear blue sky. We enjoyed a great fire in the sunken pit, sang songs, listened to music, while others took advantage of the two hot tubs. What a great vacation. This one will be a hard one to top. Great memories were created. Thanks Michael and Jill

Lovely property. Beautiful sunsets. There is tons of space to spread out! Very responsive hosts.
We did have very low water pressure the first night (couldn’t do dishes or shower) but our hosts were very responsive to the issue (the water tank just has to refill and someone stayed before us). By the second day of our trip it was fine.
Internet super fast.
I stayed here with my kids for the weekend and it was perfect! The house is beautiful and welcoming and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and game room. There is a perfect little trail next to the house with a beautiful view!

Host was super attentive and responded quickly to my questions. House was equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location, easy to find and plenty of food places nearby.

This was a perfect place for our large family of 12 to stay while we played tourists in Memphis! The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the space outside to relax after being on our feet all day. The old charm of the house was also so fun!

This place is definitely a gem. everything was as beautiful as described in photos and description. the property is close to so many activities that I wish our family had more time to experience. we highly recommend this property as it is also kid friendly as we have a 26 month old and an 11 month old.
