Thank you for hosting my family and my self. We really enjoyed staying there. Everything was very clean and the house was fully equipped with everything. Would highly recommend this house for a big family with kids.

I live in Memphis but we stayed in Kelly’s place when I had grandchildren visit. Memphis Summers are brutal and the pool was the big attraction. The location is perfect, close to the zoo, restaurants, museums and Overton Park.

Kelly was extremely responsive and this place worked great for us.

Jeff & Bridget have a beautiful property! It’s packed with lots of games to keep busy and get a full experience of a family vacation. Also a very comfortable setting for relaxation. You won’t be disappointed!!

We hosted our annual couples retreat at this location and we had a blast. We pretty much used the entire facility from using the golf simulator to the pool to the hot tubs. We had a little dance event the last night with a couples we also had a blast in the karaoke room one night - we used the golf course and played a lot of Pickleball- had a lot of laughs..

The one thing about the house is massive and huge however, the kitchen is not very big - so we had to do some strategy on cooking for the 20+ people- and the driveway to get to the place was awesome yet pretty treacherous- but it provided an amazing view of the mountains. Thank you so much. We had a great stay.

The outdoor area is why this property receives a 5 star rating! Truly spectacular with multiple outdoor areas to enjoy. Other positives that I appreciated: historic neighborhoods, charming house, multiple king size beds, large space. We didn’t have any issues street parking with breakins and enjoyed restaurants near the neighborhood.

Jeff and Bridget are the real deal and we loved their home and will be back again. I would highly recommend this house for your next get away.

This home has great amenities. There was always something for our family to do. The home was clean and beautiful. We really liked that there was well water to drink instead of city water. The hosts were very responsive, answered all my questions and responded quickly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Amazing home, great for a huge crowd as the house is massive. Beautifully decorated with entertainment amenities galore. A newer listing so I think they are still working out some kinks (our check-in ended up being delayed an hour because the cleaners needed more time, hot water issue in one shower, etc), but it didn't take away from our overall experience. Great communication from the hosts, which is always appreciated.

I’ve stayed in this area before because the location is hard to beat, especially if you’re looking to hit up Old Town Scottsdale. The one downside to this location is that the newer, nicer houses are usually further north towards Paradise Valley. This location typically offers older homes. That being said, this is a new build house and is amazing! Super spacious and well thought out. The kids enjoyed the pool table, shuffleboard, and movie room while the adults enjoyed the pool. I’ll constantly check this location for availability when returning to Scottsdale. I’ve already recommended it to a few friends and family.

We had an amazing time! This house is perfect for vacationing with extended family. The kids loved having their own space and the game room area was the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. The pool net was an added bonus with the stress of having little running around by the pool. This house was exactly what we hoped for when booking a family vacation for multiple families. Host were very helpful and proactive, any questions we had were answered before even checking in. Highly highly recommend!

Kelly was an amazing host. She was prompt in all her correspondence and was quick to fix an issue with the dryer. The property served us well for 10 days. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The surprise was the full bath out by the pool.The grill area was a bit dirty when we arrived but it was an easy clean prior to our use. The kitchen was amazing, lots of space and countertops. Outside was spacious and the pool was always warm. There is a vacuum that must stay in the pool, it was very annoying, we would get wrapped in it, we called it Gropper.
We did struggle with comfortable seating in the living room. It was pretty but there was not enough and was not comfortable aside from 1 couch. Also the kitchen island only had 1 stool
Recommendations for renters:
Bring towels (there were not enough and they were tiny) and bug spray. The flies and mosquitos were everywhere.
Lastly, I would recommend this historic home for a vacation,we made many memories.

I reached out several time asking questions about automatic lights coming on at night and about outside fans not working. He said I will get back to you and when I asked for an update he just said he was gathering information and never got any explanation or resolution. Very bad experience
