This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The host gives you helpful knowledge of the area but also has every single room feeling like people live there with games and things to do within the airbnb. The location is very close to anything you might want but with everything at the airbnb it makes it hard to want to leave.

The house was great and exactly as pictured. There was a lot of space between cabins which we appreciated. Megan was very attentive and great to work with. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Awesome place!

This house is a gem. It has plenty of room for everyone, and is cozy yet roomy. Our group of 10 had more than enough room to enjoy each other, relax, enjoy the gameroom, yard, gym, or find a private space. The 2 jacuzzis and 2 saunas are nice for larger groups, or for privacy for adults vs kids. We had a couple hiccups, and the hosts were very responsive and tried their best to help quickly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our fifth rental in 6 years on the Annisquam and we loved the location across from Wingaersheek Beach, the spectacular views from the house and the outside deck and the included 4 kayaks and 2 SUP boards. It’s a very fun decorated house inside with comfy spots to sit and look out the picture windows. And we cooked all our meals during the week and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent almost all our time on the deck which also has comfortable seating and a big umbrella when the sun gets too intense or on the water. Couldn’t have had a nicer week of vacation!

Let me start on the positive. We enjoyed our stay.

But the listing said the house was "just steps away" from the lake. It is 1/2 mile down a dusty gravel road & across a busy higway. It refers to a "fishing boat" which we never saw.

There was a check-in hassle when we had to pay an additional $55 "damage waiver fee" before getting wifi access. The co. said it was for accidental damage but nonrefundable regardless of damage. In fairness it was on their listing. The $ did not bother me but I was not interested in typing in my credit card yet again. They should build it into the base price. I've not seen this with other Airbnb stays.

The dryer stopped. They offered to send a repairman but we declined to avoid a stranger in when we were out and didn't want to wait for their repairman. There were no kitchen garbage bags upon arrival and only enough propane for one night at the fire pit.

Are these first world problems? Absolutely. But we were paying a premium price.

Absolutely incredible! I booked this home for my 40th birthday celebration with 10 friends, and it was truly unforgettable. The setting right on the lake was magical—we loved jumping off the dock into the crystal-clear water and then strolling just a few steps to the hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The skeeball and pinball machines were an absolute blast and kept us entertained for hours. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from cooking group meals to whipping up milkshakes, making it feel like home. Every detail of this place exceeded our expectations, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough!

Perfect stay for our family of 14. I highly recommend!
