We celebrated an early Christmas at your accommodations and it was all that we could hope for and more! The house was amazing, with plenty of space and the views from the split level balconies were peaceful and beautiful. We weren’t sure of the location vs driving into Saint Augustine for for the Festival of Lights but it was an easy drive up A1A and crossing into Saint Augustine over the Bridge of Lions!

Jeff and Bridget were great hosts! My family (kids and dog) and I enjoyed a very restful week at their property. From the babbling koi pond to the hot tub, they have thought of everything. Thanks for letting us enjoy your space!

We had a great stay at this listing. We comfortably slept everyone who attended and was accommodating for our baby and toddler. The house is beautiful as well as the grounds. The hosts were always responsive!

It was perfect for 3 families with small kids, great furniture, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous property and highly walkable! We’ll def be back!

We reserved the houses with snow in mind and needing to accommodate our 5 of our kids and their significant others. The houses were amazing and so spacious. I would love to come back again when there is snow.

This place is wonderful. It was spotless and had all the necessary items to make it feel like home. The kayaks (even in November) were available and we took them out one afternoon. So lovely. We were a group of 7 and all adults. The place was plenty big. Only piece that was a bit difficult was choosing bedrooms. There is one main bedroom with a king bed and the other bedrooms have smaller beds. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the items needed to make a fully Thanksgiving meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families! The backyard is beyond amazing — tons of space, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or letting the kids burn off energy. The neighborhood felt very safe and was close to everything we needed, which made our stay even better.

The hosts were very responsive, which we really appreciated. Additionally, you only get one dishwasher tablet per day, so if you’re staying with a larger group and expect to run multiple loads, you’ll want to bring a few extras.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay and the property overall. There is so much to do for basically all ages. House fits description and photos very well. We highly recommend it. Location is also very convenient and the surrounding views are amazing. Finally the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Basically at the end of the day all boxes were checked for this stay. This home is very well furnished and lives up to the description in the listing. We had a wonderful time with family and hope to return.

We stayed in this house for Thanksgiving with a group of friends. We were 10 adults and 10 kids, everyone had the best time!
The house had lots of amenities and was fully equipped (kitchen mostly but also each bedroom, bathroom, etc)
There were games for the kids and a big backyard where they could play.
We used the fire pit and stayed at the terrace making our experience amazing.

The house is modern, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Hannah was a super host, communicative and flexible to help with our requests and needs. She helped us have a memorable Thanksgiving weekend

This home was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone. We celebrated our Thanksgiving here with my children and their children and it was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

Things that stood out were that every bedroom had its own bathroom plus there was an additional bathroom upstairs and downstairs. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds, the children enjoyed the full over full bunks w trundles. The adults enjoyed the 2 spacious masters & spalike baths.

There was plenty of dining seating in the dining room, kitchen area and bar. The living room sectional was very comfortable as well and plenty of tvs to watch holiday movies and keep all entertained. The children loved the game room. The hot tub was great as well. Outside space with the fire pit and seating was also a favorite and many s’mores made. We did some hiking in the area as well.

Great space for our 3 families to get together for Thanksgiving. With 7 teenagers, we always need space and activities, and this house had an abundance - pickle, basketball, cornhole, ping pong, video games, and more. Jeff and Bridget were very responsive with our requests. Would definitely stay again when we're looking at the Phoenix area.

We had a terrific time at this house. A couple of minor items arose that were addressed immediately. Would certainly stay here again.

Jeff and Bridget's place is quite amazing if you have a big group. We had 16 people, and there was room for at least another 6. The house and grounds are humongous. We loved the jacuzzi and steam room. The night sky from the jacuzzi was so full of starts that we were able to see the Milky Way. The house was quite clean and comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable. The rooms were quite. The kitchen area was huge. We loved the two grills, though we only need to use one. However, the most standout feature was Jeff and Bridget's service as hosts. They responded to every one of our questions or concerns within minutes. They are truly amazing hosts. I would recommend them to anyone.

A great place to stay! We enjoyed just being together spending time at the house! A great family time and beautiful house to do it in!
