The house has a lot going for it. It is very spacious, well suited for a group. It has plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area is awesome! The host was wonderful—friendly, very responsive, and easy to communicate with, which we truly appreciated.

That said, the home could benefit from more attention to cleanliness, as it was not as clean as expected upon arrival. There were also several maintenance issues, with a few things not working properly during our stay. These issues didn’t overshadow the positives but did affect the overall experience.

With better attention to cleaning and routine maintenance, this could be a great property. The space and the host are definite strengths, but the condition of the home needs improvement to fully match the listing.

We chose a tough time of year to stay in this beautiful lake house for a family Christmas get together. An ice storm had taken place a few days prior, so everything was coated in ice outside, but thankfully there was enough entertainment inside to keep everyone satisfied. We took advantage of the game room/hot tub which was the main reason we chose this rental. Everyone had a really great time! The beds are SUPER comfortable, the house was warm and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, aside from no collender to drain pasta. We had a random water problem with the hot water dipping out and the water all together at times, but Elliott and Kylie were excellent with communication in trying to solve the problem. This house is everything it says it is, and we would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the lake activities. The view is breathtaking. A very cozy home directly on the lake, we all really enjoyed it and would definitely come back in warmer months.

This house in ATL was in a great location and was so spacious. We had a great time staying here. The beautiful kitchen and spacious master with the big tub were some of our favorite features.

We had a wonderful stay and best stay so far! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was friendly, quick responsive, and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

Another amazing stay!!! We have a work team come in to support one of our locations, staying here is much better than renting 6 hotel rooms. Team works until 2am in a comfortable space where all our laptops fight. Kitchen is Amazing!! Losing the membership points is so worth it.

The place was a beautiful. Had great views of the mountains. It was a great place to relax and our family had a fantastic time. Place was clean and host's were responsive and helpful.

Came over Christmas with our three adult children and their significant others . We had a fabulous five days!! This home is everything you could ever want. So well equipped with everything you could possibly think of in the kitchen, beds were amazing, house was spotless, big huge deck, hot tub was perfect, tons of board games, and the big 85” TV downstairs made watching movies a must in the evenings! The only thing we wished it had was a tv on the main floor. We wanted to watch all the bowl games while making meals and hanging out, but other than that, it was AWESOME!!

It was a great place to stay! Everything was as described. Me and my friends had a lot of fun. I would definitely stay there again in the summer next time!

My family booked this house for 2 days between the holidays. It is a lovely house and I’m so disappointed to have to write this review. The heat was not working when we arrived. It took 2 hours to get a response and the “hosts” were not helpful. I say “host” because this is a company. you’re not dealing with real people. They know nothing about the house and much of the info they gave to try and help the heat situation was wrong. We stayed for one day without heat (fireplaces were working). The second day was freezing rain. I asked for shovels and salt and was told “will reach out to my team and get back to you” and I never heard back. We left after one day. The kitchen is not well stocked. The welcome info they sent isn’t entirely accurate. The house is truly lovely in a gorgeous place but I wouldn’t trust these hosts.

Beautiful home. Host was very responsive during the whole process. The pool area was our favorite place to spend time. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. We would not hesitate to come back to this location again.

Great stay in Atlanta for our family! Close to all our activities and Kelly was very proactive with communication.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The house was a perfect gathering place for a mini-family reunion. We had planned a few outings for the kids, but ended up staying home the entire time because we were all having such a great time in the backyard. It was just as described, if not better. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and Bridget’s place.

Negative:
Respectfully, I will never book with you guys again. And I will advise
people not to if they ever consider it. After multiple issues with the
house, people in our group leaving because of it, and on top of that, you
guys are still trying to charge me for heating the pool at the 2nd address.
In my opinion, you guys shouldn't be charging me any money for heating the
pool. This was a disaster and an embarrassment on my end with everyone
dealing with it!

I am ok with paying our original price for the house, im not happy about
paying full price after all that has happened, but im fine with it. What im
not ok with, is you guys still trying to charge a pool heating fee. That is
ridiculous and shouldn't even be in question right now.

1) no hot water for a day and half
2) bloody sheets in our bed) no heat in the pool or hot tub, was promised someone would be there that
day to look at it, it took them 3 days to get there, 3 days wasted of no
swimming or no hot tub.

4) get woken up at midnight to garbage bins being rolled by and knocked
over next to our windows.

5) the water pressure in both houses SUCK! YOU CAN BARELY TAKE A SHOWER IM
BOTH HOUSES. Barely any water comes out of the shower heads. What a joke.

5) we get moved to another location and have no oven and no microwave.

There was 0 discussion about a discount or refund. This managing and hosting company is a complete joke.
