It was the perfect weekend getaway. the house is beautiful and very large. the bedrooms are very spacious and luxurious, the kitchen is amazing and also very practical. there is a huge family room right off the kitchen, a proper dining room and separate living room. enclosed balcony off some of the bedrooms. and a little space to play in the back yard.
my family and my brothers really enjoyed ourselves here.
in addition I had left a valuable item accidentally, and the host was very accommodating with letting me retrieve it.
highly recommend this place.

We had a small family reunion at the house and were thrilled with everything about it! Hannah and her team quickly responded to every inquiry and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, lakefront, kayaks, and standup paddle boards.

Kelly’s place is a beautiful historic home, in a serene neighborhood. We were a large group of 13 family members, and her home had plenty of space for us all to spread out comfortably. We loved sitting on both the front porch on the swings, and in the back patio area in the evening, barbecuing and making good use of the outdoor kitchen. We had a couple issues with some of the amenities (hot tub was not cleaned prior to our arrival and the indoor fridge was broken upon arrival). Kelly and team were very responsive, but unfortunately we weren’t able to fix either during our stay. Had those been functioning it would’ve been a perfect stay. Definitely recommend the place for a large group with close proximity to Memphis!

I actually stayed at this property a few years ago and I see that the completely renovated the two units and created one big unit. It’s absolutely incredible. All amenities you could ask for are included. The backyard amenities were the best with a nice pool, putting green, sauna, and gym etc. Michael was also very communicative and understanding. Thank you!

What a gem! My family will definitely be returning. The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could need. The views were beautiful. Michael was so responsive about any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property!!!!!

We were lucky to find this place at the last minute. The photos looked great, but it was even better in person. Beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and perfectly located for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely come back.

When we checked in at 4p, the house cleaners were still there and the house was not ready until over an hour after the check in time which was frustrating. What made it worse was the delay was not communicated by the host - we had to arrive at the house to find out ourselves the house was not ready. Also, because they were rushing, there was a bag of trash left behind and some other things that just felt unkempt/not cleaned as well.

The host was responsive when I had issues which was helpful.

The location was close to a playground which was great for young kids but it is not walking distance to the beach or any restaurants/shops really.

House itself was nice, well stocked and had a good layout. We enjoyed the pool - definitely recommend getting it heated if you’re coming in March!

We have stayed at many Airbnb’s but this one stood out as a top notch. We stayed seven weeks. In a long term vacation rental you expect things to come up. Jeff and Bridget were always on top of it and addressed our needs immediately. Five stars all the way. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Highly recommend, best vacation I’ve ever been on. Prime location with so much around it and a beautiful home to go with it.

We had an amazing spring break here! This place feels like you’re on your own compound even though you’re in a neighborhood. Quick drive into Greenville, however my kids preferred to stay at the house and swim in the pool! They’ve thought of everything and Kylie was so responsive to all our questions!

The place is exactly as described and the photos matched reality when we checked into the place! Great location and walking distance to the beach. The home had plenty to do inside and outside if you wanted to relax and remain on the property. The host communication was always timely and reached out to ensure we did not need assistances. The family enjoyed all of our time and would book again if in the area! Thanks Michael and team! Lisa and Josh.
