The home was perfect for us with the lake, private dock, and pool with beautiful views. We had a great time fishing and boating. The house was very nice and well kept with top of the line indoor and outdoor furnishings. No complaints about the house, just stinks the weather impacted our stay. Megan our host was very helpful and always responded to our questions in a timely manner.

Place as stated. Lots of room. Kids loved all the games and kept them busy. Very clean.
The home is beautiful and very comfortable. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes it private and there was less traffic during the busy July 4th weekend. It is also located across the highway from the Beaver’s Bend State Park. Our family had a wonderful stay.
Jeff and Bridgette were great and the house was perfect for our family group. The kids loved the play room garage and other toys supplied. Plenty of space to spread out inside and outside. Would recommend to people wanting to stay in black butte ranch. Also Jeff and Brigette were very responsive to little requests I had during our stay which was greatly appreciated.
This property was well managed with the amenities listed. Cant believe this is still Austin but felt like a completely different place. Really loved the place and enjoyed it!
would be nice to improve a few things 1) Lights by swimming pool 2) a couple of bugs in garage converted rooms 3) Instructions on where paddles for pickleboard where.
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home is spacious and welcoming. All of the beds were super comfortable. It was 100 degrees out over the 4th and that poor AC not only kept up, it exceeded without adjustment, keeping up with all of the in/out traffic. Lots of natural light and seating. Location is close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Greer is 10 mins, Greenville 20 mins. Close to everything but just far enough to be kept out of chaos from main thoroughfares.
I loved this home so much !!! So much space, the rooms are beautiful the art & details in the home are amazing. If you’re thinking of booking this home and for some reason you think it’s not enough beds trust me it’s going to work out all the beds including the bunk beds are literally Queen beds the space you’ll have in this home is absolutely insane !! I loved everything about this home

One of the best AirBnB’s I have stayed at. The house is beautiful, we spent hours in the swimming pool during the day and evenings playing pool in the family room. Tons of games and activities for all ages. Plus, the host is super responsive and was able to accommodate our requests for both an early check-in and late check-out. Highly recommend!!
We had a great stay at the MarGoon house for the 4th of July. Accommodated a family of six with two toddlers with plenty of space. The house was in pristine condition and we very much enjoyed the views of the back bay and quick walk to the beach across the street.
We had an amazing stay here. It's rare that an Airbnb listing exceeds your expectations. But this one did. The pool area was so nice. The surroundings were amazing. Very peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

The house was very spacious and provided a great environment for everyone to connect, whether in the open kitchen and family room or around the large outdoor patio table next to the grill.
Our trip was an opportunity to bring together both local and traveling team members for team building and project coordination. The layout of the home made it easy for everyone to gather, collaborate, and spend time together.
Overall, this was an excellent location, and we'll definitely be looking to bring the team back here again in the future.
We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was close to the fields. It offered so much for our group to do when we weren't at the fields. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We had an issue with door codes in the beginning but the host were very responsive. Our group would stay here again.
Our kids loved their first trip to the mountains and this house was perfect for our family.
Our family of 12 had an incredible stay in Jeff and Bridget’s beautiful home!! There was ample space for all of us to sleep, eat indoors and outdoors, and we cherished the most unbelievable views of the Sedona red rocks!! Our kids LOVED the game room and we had fun watching movies all together upstairs and downstairs. We also watched the sun set and the strawberry moon rise from the upstairs patio. The property was easy to access from the main part of Uptown Sedona. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and answered questions throughout our stay. We will absolutely return to this property in the future if given the chance and hope others have the opportunity to enjoy it as well!!
