ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
A single-level layout means the entire home is immediately accessible from the moment you walk in — no stairs, no navigation, just open space that flows naturally from the living areas straight out to the backyard. The design is clean and considered, with enough room for a group of 18 to settle in without crowding any one space.

THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room anchors the home with a 65″ smart TV, a generous black plush sofa, and easy access to the dining area and kitchen. The layout keeps the group connected without forcing everyone into the same room — a balance that matters on longer stays.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked for serious use — high-end stainless appliances, a large island with black bar stools, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker for however the morning starts. Ample cabinetry and counter space make cooking for a large group genuinely workable.

THE SUITES
The home offers five bedrooms on a single level, sleeping up to 18 guests.

The primary suite earns its place — a proper walk-in shower, soaking tub, and private ensuite that feels set apart from the rest of the home.

YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The backyard is where this property genuinely distinguishes itself — a heated private pool and hot tub anchored by a full sport court, backyard bowling alley, putt-putt, snookball, ping pong, giant chess, cornhole, giant Jenga, and Connect 4. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fire pit, poolside loungers, and a kids’ playground round out a yard that functions more like a private resort than a backyard. A pool fence is available for families with young children.

THE SURROUNDING AREA
The McDowell Sonoran Preserve offers some of the best trail access in the Valley for those who want to get out into the desert. Old Town Scottsdale is a short drive for dining, galleries, and nightlife, and the broader Scottsdale area delivers world-class golf, spa experiences, and hot air balloon rides over the Sonoran for those looking to fill the days.

Guests have full access to the entire home via keypad entry. A locked owner’s closet is the only reserved space — everything else, indoors and out, is yours for the stay.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, giving our team the time needed to prepare the home to the standard you deserve. Check-out is kindly requested by 10:00 AM. Should you require a different arrangement, simply reach out in advance — we are always happy to try.

As a Paradiso guest, you have complimentary access to our concierge team throughout your stay. Dinner reservations, tee times, private chefs, local arrangements — consider it yours to use as much or as little as you like.

We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you.

Dogs are welcome — up to two, at $125 per stay. We ask that they are crate trained and that you tidy up after them in the yard. No cats, please.

This home is reserved for the guests on the reservation — gatherings or events beyond that group are not permitted.

The home is entirely smoke-free, indoors and outdoors, and we appreciate you honoring that.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

Three exterior security cameras are located near the front door, driveway, and electrical panel for the safety and security of our guests. No interior cameras are present. The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitor, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio.

Pool heating is available at $125 per night and is recommended between October and May. Please request at least three days before arrival, and note that heating is applied for the full duration of your stay. The pool can be warmed approximately 20–25°F above the ambient outdoor temperature — on cooler evenings, please plan accordingly.
