ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Set in a quiet West Sedona neighborhood, the home opens into a layout designed for groups who want room to spread across two levels, with a separate casita offering additional privacy just steps from the main house. The open floor plan on the main level connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas naturally.

THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room is anchored by a 75″ smart TV and an open concept that flows directly into the kitchen and dining area, keeping the group connected throughout the day. A separate theater room with reclining chairs and a large bean bag offers a more relaxed, dedicated space for movie nights.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and built for serious group cooking — high-end stainless appliances, a large island with bar seating for 11, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Ample cabinetry keeps everything organized even with a full house.

The home offers seven bedrooms across the main house and casita.

WELLNESS & RESTORATION
Two saunas and two hot tubs anchor the property’s wellness offering, alongside a dedicated in-home gym for guests keeping up a routine even on vacation. It’s a rare combination for a group rental of this size.

YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The outdoor space includes an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, and ample seating across egg chairs, couches, and a dedicated dining area. A koi pond with live fish adds a distinct, peaceful focal point, and an outdoor shower rounds out the amenities for guests coming in from the hot tubs or a day on the trails.

ENTERTAINMENT
The game room keeps everyone occupied — arcade games, a poker table, shuffleboard, and foosball, all just outside the theater room for an easy transition between activities.

THE CASITA
The Koi Casita offers a queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, and washer and dryer — a self-contained retreat for guests who want a bit more separation from the main house, just steps away across the koi pond.

THE SURROUNDING AREA
Devil’s Bridge Trail, Bell Rock, and Cathedral Rock are all close by for hiking, and Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village offers a full afternoon of galleries and boutiques. For dinner, Rene at Tlaquepaque and Cress on Oak Creek are local favorites worth the reservation.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the main house and casita.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, giving our team the time needed to prepare the home to the standard you deserve. Check-out is kindly requested by 10:00 AM. Should you require a different arrangement, simply reach out in advance — we are always happy to try.

As a Paradiso guest, you have complimentary access to our concierge team throughout your stay. Trail recommendations, dinner reservations, or simply a quiet word of advice on where to go — consider it yours to use.

We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighborhood around you.

Dogs are warmly welcome — up to four. Please note the property is not fenced, so we ask that dogs are supervised or leashed when outdoors. No cats, please.

This home is reserved for the guests on the reservation — events and gatherings beyond that group are not permitted.

The home is entirely smoke-free, indoors and outdoors, and we appreciate you honoring that.

Parking is available for up to six vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not available in this area.

One exterior security camera is located at the front door of the main house for the safety and security of our guests. No interior cameras are present.
