Casa de Oro arrives as a genuinely secluded residence, set above the Sonoran Desert with views of Saguaro National Park sweeping in every direction. The home is accessed via keypad entry and opens into bright, naturally lit spaces where the desert landscape stays close throughout the day.
THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room offers a smart TV and a large plush sofa, with direct access to the backyard that keeps the indoor and outdoor spaces working naturally together. Lots of natural light and desert views carry through the open layout.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and built for real cooking — high-end appliances, an electric range, a large sink, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Kitchen seating for 6 is complemented by additional dining room seating for 8, giving the full group comfortable space for shared meals.

The home offers four bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests.
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level, Primary): King bed, private balcony access, dedicated workspace, ensuite bathroom with standalone tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity
Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): King bed, ceiling fan
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): One full-over-full bunk and one twin-over-twin bunk
The primary suite is the property’s clear anchor — a private balcony, a proper soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a double vanity set it distinctly apart from the rest of the home.
ENTERTAINMENT
A dedicated game room offers a pool table, LED accent lighting, and a reading nook — a quieter, more considered space than a typical rec room.
YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The fully fenced backyard centers around a large pool and hot tub, with a professionally installed putting green adding a genuine amenity rarely found at this scale. A fire pit, BBQ grill, cornhole, outdoor dining, and multiple seating areas round out a yard built for both active afternoons and quiet desert evenings.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
Sweetwater Preserve Trailhead is close by for desert hiking with direct access to Sonoran landscape, and Saguaro National Park itself is within easy reach for more extensive exploration. Tucson’s dining and cultural scene is a short drive away.
As a Paradiso guest, you have complimentary access to our concierge team throughout your stay. Trail recommendations, dinner reservations, or simply a trusted local suggestion — consider it yours to use.
We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitor, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio.
Dogs are warmly welcome — up to two, at $125 per stay. We ask that they are crate trained and that you tidy up after them. No cats, please.
This home is reserved for the guests on the reservation — gatherings or events beyond that group are not permitted.
The home is entirely smoke-free, indoors and outdoors, and we appreciate you honoring that.
Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and two in the garage.
One exterior security camera is present at the front door for the safety and security of our guests. No interior cameras are present.
The pool is not heated, though it is naturally warm enough to swim comfortably between June and September.
